MAssage

Actively working since 1987, I bring over 27 years of experience to your massage.  Even though I specialize in deep tissue, each massage is based on my clients individual needs during each session.  I include cupping, hot stones, and for a few minutes at the end of the massage, some sound healing with
sounding bowls and gongs.  I also use tuning forks for vibrational grounding on the feet and neck areas.
I'm a graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, in Boulder Colorado, 1987.

Cupping:  The cups are suctioned and glided across the back, hips, and legs.  They pull blood to the tight areas and release lactic acid from over used muscles.  

Hot Stones:  Applying the warm stones over these same areas after cupping, further relaxes muscle tension, and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.

If you would like to relax even further, try our Infra Red Sauna.  We use the ClearLight Sauna, very low EMF.
